VCO (Vice City Online) has been created to enable an online multi-player experience for the PC version of the single-player game Grand Theft Auto.The VCO Windows Client contains the files which are necessary to run VCO. However, VCO's server browser depends on Microsoft's .NET Framework 3.5 in order to run it.
